Each sample pack features a unique set of colourways and projects (these will vary what’s pictured). Print is a tactile medium so it’s important you get the opportunity to see and feel in person. Our hope is that it will get you as excited about print as we are and see why the combination of beautiful materials and craftsmanship creates something you’ll want to hold onto. The price of the sample pack includes free worldwide standard delivery. We send out the sample packs on Fridays using Royal Mail. The estimated delivery times after dispatch are 2-3 working days to the UK, 5-7 working days to Europe and 8-20 working days to the rest of the world. Delays can happen for reasons outside of our control so if you need the sample pack more urgently, please get in touch and we can quote for a tracked courier. If your sample pack hasn’t arrived within 14 working days after the estimated delivery times please email shop@jotpress.co to arrange a replacement. Please double check your email address and delivery address as we cannot be held responsible if the wrong information is provided. If you don’t receive a confirmation email, we’d advise you email shop@jotpress.co to check you gave us the right email address. Please note, international buyers are responsible for any import duties or taxes.
