Delivery & Returns

The information on this page relates to orders made through our online shop. For more information on our bespoke print service, please visit the FAQs page.

Shipping

Our studio is open from Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. We aim to send out online orders within 2–3 working days. If your order is urgent, please get in touch before ordering shop@jotpress.co and we’ll do our best to get it sent out to you very quickly or we can quote for an express delivery service.

Where possible, we use Royal Mail’s tracked delivery service. Once the order has been packed, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can keep an eye on your delivery’s progress on Royal Mail’s website

We deliver to 47 countries. You’ll find the delivery cost is calculated at checkout once you’ve entered your delivery address.

  • UK: We used Tracked 48 Royal Mail service. There is a flat delivery fee of £5 for all orders.
  • Europe: Tracked service is £10. Delivery aim is 5-7 working days.
  • USA: Tracked service is £14.85. Delivery aim is 8-10 working days.
  • Rest of the World: Tracked service is £15.85. Delivery aim is 8-10 working days.

Important note on international orders—We don’t charge VAT on international orders so this will be removed from the advertised amount at checkout. Please note, local taxes and customs fees may be applicable. We advise you to check these locally as they vary from country to country. 

If you don't pay a customs bill, the parcel will eventually be returned to us. In this instance, our returns policy will apply. If the items arrive with us in sellable condition, we'll refund the cost of the products only. We are unable to refund the postage charges.  

Please double check your delivery address and email address when you place an order. If an item is returned to us due to incorrect address provided, we will refund the product cost only.



Returns & Exchanges

We hope you are happy with your order. However, if you’d to arrange like a return, please email us shop@jotpress.co within 14 days of making your purchase and return your items to us within 28 days of your purchase.

Customers are responsible for all return postage costs and we recommend that you use a tracked delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on their return journey.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging and returned in the same condition it was sent. Once your return has been received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you and you’ll receive a refund of the product cost to your original method of payment within 10 working days. We are unable to refund the postage charges.

In the case of a product being faulty, please notify us as soon as possible after receiving the order by emailing shop@jotpress.co and quoting your order number. In this instance, we will arrange an exchange of the item.

Please note, returns are not available on sample packs or bespoke items.



Prohibited items

We are unable to sell scissors to EU countries. If you are based in the EU and have purchased scissors, we will have to refund that part of your order.
